Although the North East is one of the leading regions in the UK for renewable energy technologies and installations the relative immature of the industry means that there are relatively few regional suppliers. Consequently, where necessary companies from other regions have been included. However, they are all willing to supply products to the North East.

However, suppliers have been asked to provide details of any accreditation scheme to which they belong.
